Gregory Angelo Castelli started his own law practice in the South Hills of Pittsburgh in 2008 focusing on helping members of the community. Greg has a general practice based upon his 24 years of extensive experience in all facets of Civil, Criminal, Business, and Family Law. He has successfully argued cases on behalf of his clients in virtually all of the Courts in Pennsylvania.
Greg attended Duquesne University, 1986–1990, earning his B.A. in English with a minor in Business. He then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. He became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and was granted his license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 1994. He is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. More recently, Greg obtained his West Virginia Bar License in February 2016 and is actively litigating cases in Northern West Virginia.
Greg spent his first four years practicing law with two small firms in downtown Pittsburgh focusing on criminal defense, family and personal injury law. He then became a litigator for a mid-size law firm where he spent the next ten years earning his partnership with the firm. During this ten-year period, Greg focused his practice on successfully defending hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers. Over the past 24 years Greg has also represented many businesses that call Western Pennsylvania home. Most of these businesses are in the trades who have been heavily regulated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania and the Allegheny County Bar Associations, and is well known and respected by the judiciary.
Greg’s firm is dedicated to offering superior legal services in a professional but relaxed business atmosphere. He encourages his clients to ask questions about their particular legal situations and seeks to partner with them to find and enforce the best possible solution or outcome.
